Carlton House

Located in the heart of Newcastle, Carlton House offers a rare listed building ambience which offers excellent facilities for your special occasion be it wedding receptions, business meetings, lunches, anniversary parties, birthday parties (only 21 years of age and over) or whatever you require. We believe one of our function rooms will make an ideal location for any occasion .

For Corporate or private functions of up to 80 people, we are pleased to invite you to inspect our refurbished ballroom, which can be laid formally for dining if required, details of which can be found on these pages. Carlton House can also offer facilities of lower capacity on the ground floor. Have a look through the menu above at our Ballrooms and lounge.

Within easy travelling distance (1 Mile) from Wolstanton, Knutton, Basford, Porthill (2 Miles) Clayton, Hanford, Trent Vale, Etruria, Bradwell, Keele, Silverdale, Alsagers Bank, (3 Miles) Chesterton, Trentham as well as many of the towns of Stoke on Trent and district.

Ballroom We can offer a ballroom with a sprung dance floor able to accomodate 80 people

Small Function Room A smaller room is availabe for smaller parties.

Lounge Bar  With comfortable seating, this room can be arranged for formal dining or open buffet

Entertainment Free fortnightly entertainment such as a Fun Quiz which includes Play Your Cards Right, Bingo etc, Race nights and Saturday evening entertainment from local artists.

Bars  We stock a variety of standard beers, wines and spirits with guest beers changing on a weekly basis
